Can I address more than one problem in the same ViewFi visit?

What is a health guide, and how can they help me?

What equipment do I need to conduct the exams at home?

To complete your self-guided exams, you will need a computer, smartphone, or tablet that has a camera (webcam) and is connected to wifi. A laptop is our recommended mode. You will also receive an email detailing the recommended clothing and any additional equipment you may need for your specific exams.

Helpful tips:

  • Confirm your internet connection or cellular signal strength.
  • If you use a smartphone, you will need something to prop your phone up so you can capture different angles.
